2)Acquisition – Anything needing rehab will be at 70% of value (with rehab costs included) and no more than 75% (with no or minimal rehab) if in a solid area and rental prices produces cashflow
3)Construction – will be done by contractors which will be licensed insured & bonded.
4)Marketing – We will have each and every property marketed extensively through local papers and websites. As well as on the MLS. We want to sell quickly and realize profit and move on to the next project.
